You'll be missed me old mate!

how many people are out tomorrow?
I may do a couple of hours,

Also after a drunken BBQ I think Myself and Phil will be possibly testing the boat is a boating lake in the not to distant future with a view to taking it across the sea to the isle of white from south sea.

Would be lovely to see you both at the Jansell House about 9.30 - I personally think that you need yer bumps felt regarding this ocean going trip you propose!

Is that the boat you found? If it is you'll die. I've sailed in the Solent loads, the currents are evil, plus you've got some mahusive ships to avoid.

Ah rain stopped play today.

So far I have sound proofed both floor pans and all three seat box hatch covers thanks to AshB for supplying some rubber matting for the top. The bottom of each one bonded with dense fibre ready to go back on when I finnish the seat box. My seat box is being a Bastid! all the bolts snapping so will have to order new bolts. once I get the seat box out I can line the underneath with some acoustic fibres and then glue on either camping mat material on the inside or more of the rubber I was given. The back is going better I have lined almost the whole inside with the bitchumin ali faced roofing stuff. Then glued some foam and then more rubber. Plus I managed to rescue the flooring mat Spyderman got me last year as a final hard wearing finnish. Loads to do still. I think I will spray underbody sealer all under the tub aswell and will defo do this to the fibre face underneath after its all bolted back in.

I did manage to get a jet washer for the patio (and of course the landy) so I can steam it down and get ready for waxoil soon.

How was todays laning?
Very gentle, started at Ashwell, then east for a few more, Furneax Pelham, pretty much dry, though I did drive the bit you rescued that Disco from, it ends up in a dead end, so reversed all the way out. Standon ford was over the bonnet, but I did hit it pretty hard. Home by 16.00.

Looking forward to Santa Pod on the 8th.

Opened the Landy door and out popped a cat seems it finds my drivers seat pretty comfy! Bastid! Refitted top dash section after a screw kit and then we can bolt it all back together!
