:hysterically_laughi

You are going to see your first muddy bomb hole, and the left hand side of you brain is going to say go for it, and the other side of your brain is going to say stop, and then your head will just explode :p

i know - thats whats worrying me!! itsl ike the whole angel on one shoulder devil on the other scenario

Booger, yes the series i have currrently will most likely end up with a v8, portals and 44 inch bogger tyres. saying that i am stripping it now and have come across a more than unusual colour on the bulkhead behind where the instrument panel is. got the SIIC researching the colour, but it looks like it may be a very early military prototype, or a very early royal navy divers vehicle. if that ends up being the case, and crashbox can verify to the DVLA that the vehicle is indeed a 1958 vintage series II it might yet still be in with a big old restoration, because supposedly even if it were an early navy vehicle it would be worth alot. if its a military prototype it certainly could get interesting

and if its a false lead then its V8, volvo portals, 44 inch super swamper bogger tyres, and a pair of bucket seats. even if it does end up too good to cannibalise it into that i will be making my series hybrid - i really want to have a go round whaddon with it - or take it to the tanky areas in salisbury :D

may even give you a drive, you cant be any more mental than me!

Things do seem a little on the tranqil side it has to be said!

Luke edited together a few random clips - and asked if I would post the finished thing on here. It is his first try so is not perfect but he is proud of it...

it's only a couple of minutes but has a few old clips from Salisbury last year.

nice video- he can do more than i can with the video stuff!!!!

tbh the movie maker included with windows is pretty basic, so it is easy for him to remember what functions are where. He seems to get an idea in his head and start editing. I shot the video clips but he is pretty chuffed with his result.

Anyone out tomorrow?

I'm in the market for some series salisbury rear shafts and a rover 4 pin centre. Anyone got any they want to swap for some scrap metal, I could stretch to mabe a couple of Rangie alloys with good 205 tyres, LOL

Hi Jai.

I dont think a p38 diff will work for you.

I will sort out some springs for you.

You might have to buy new drive flanges. Not that many good ones left!!!

And we still need to measure your axle.

Call me in the morning. I might come over with you.
