Brilliant - super charged then! We'll all be driving behind you next time we need a tug!

its not quite an inflatable toy its a small tender but will make a good mess about tender for the water carnival next weekend for the kids, currently searching the net for a little put put.
Cheers for the offer of a trailer steve much appreciated but im sure it will fit on top of the sankey trailer or the landy roofrack if i do come back down next weekend, Jai

Paid the transport fees for the 109 chassis so it shoul dbe here monday or tuesday. Then its just a case of setting out a timescale for swapping things over, redoing the electrics, reconditioning the leaf springs, stripping and reassembling the engine, refitting everything, starting her up, going to the MOT and driving her with a smile!

Nothing too stressful then ;)

Will someone tell me where I went wrong... most 10 year olds are into phones and X box games!

I reckon you will be lucky to get it all done to an acceptable standard with an mot before xmas realisticly. Depends how far you go with the electrics, bulkhead repair\refurb\exchange and the masses of small little bits that always seem to take forever to get 100% as it should be and reliable Jai

Hi Carpy, this is why your clutch stopped working.

I reckon the arm has worn through, very common problem. Defo worth doing a clutch tho while your there at that milage. Was it slipping at all or was it just always engaged? engaged=busted clutch fork,
or master/slave cylinders unlikly usually get tell tail signs before complete failure,
slipping worn out clutch.

Anyways we have assesed the new tender/boat thingy and it should be no surprise to any of you that its going sandglow? To be carried on the landy roof rack for those dangerous situations when the amazonian forest or cough cough the M25 gets impassable lol. So whos up for a greenlane/fishing/sea outing in the future?
