EEJITS!!!! get ya self some decent strops before you kill someone...

I don't think the strops were of bad quality i think they have just been used wrong. A nylon rope is good 24mm 12 tonne rated with a decent saftey factor is what I got for normal stuff. Strops are for steady pull only i.e. winching etc. Strops decent or not will fail isually the stitching will fail if abused. Jai

Picked up some post from my Bro's house only a 300 cheque from thew taxman. That'll go into premium bonds till its at an ammount I can do somthing with it me thinks. Jai
 
Does anybody on here have or have access to Fault code readers/Testbooks for my Disco 2, Or it's another £55 to find out why the ABS light is coming on again...??!

Robhew take your wheels off and check the Abs sensors and plugs most likley somthing to do with them. Very common on RR Classics. Just need a wiggle, mabe cleaning out or possibly the sensors have moved slightly. Jai

Cheers Jai, issue being it stores the fault on the ECU (apparently) So the 'problem' will keep re-occuring until the fault is deleted :(
