Jamie,

PM Spyderman saying to add you to the list for the 7th. We pm all details regarding meets its the best way. If you are still none the wiser in a couple of days pm me and i will pass on the details as of yet I have no idea. Regarding your dads Ranger does he have decent recovery points? If not we need to sort this really before we go anywhere. Jai

yes he got good front and rear recovery points, a warn winch, hd torsion bars, lifted suspention and a snorkel and is rolling on bfg at's, il pm spyderman in a bit, i need to sort recovery points on mine, are the loops on my tow bar frame anygood as rear recovery points.

Don't know what loops you mean, if they are the thin 6mm sheet metal tie down loops that are connected to the chassis via the towbar bracket under then no they are not good enough although if a tow bar bracket is fitted then you can use that. If there is no ball or hitch fitted just bolt a tow ball on to it they are bout £10. For the front ideally a pair of jate rings or for cheapness one for now will be fine until you are sorted. This is all assuming that the chassis and mounts are good for the rear tow point. If you are stuck Shout I can have a look see after work or one lunch time see what you need Jai

Finally got round to actually ordering a steering guard. Got one with recovery points. Now all I need to do is fit it somehow :)

Anyone up for earning £50 helping us to move house in a couple of weeks? Many hands and all that!

I know there's been some effort spent on it and I'm sorry, but that bumper looks feckin' hideous!!

Think I'd also get a bit more protection for the rad too, or is that a metal skidplate in front of it?

Wow Pintsize, you ain't playin' at this at all are ya!!:mil80:

Looking good, scared you'll give me Rangie a run for its' money.:behindsofa:

When it's finished we'll have to take ya swimming again:D

It's not meant to look pretty and it's a darn sight better looking than the plastic thing that was on there before!

Skids going on soon
