I'm going to Gatwick on Wednesday to get on an aeroplane(big white bird)
2 weeks holiday skiing in Fernie, British Columbia(BC)
 
scratch tonight idea im off to derbyshire for some lanes tomorrow morning fist thing so tonight ill be getting the landy ready for the trip

Anyone know what maps i need for bakewell area? Will look online when i get home

Bakewell area on 1:25k is 024 White Peak area

If you're going as far north as Houndkirk road/Stanage Edge then you also need Dark Peak area 001

the rangey is getting a new (well low mileage second hand) gearbox today finally i can get out with you lot :)
 
Well, quite an afternoon. Hooked up with Brad and a mate of his in their Rangies, had a bit of a play up the Downs, towed a couple of cars out the car park, laughed at a Gaylander that got stuck then we went in search of some fun - not much doing. Gibbo Phil joined us and we had a brief trundle round, did Pepperstock, that was quite nice in the snow, then our usual 3 fords.

Hopefully we'll get more snow tonight so I can go out and play.

Tryin to get my Landy ready and a quick service in the Snow before an early morn set off.

Glad you all had fun today in the snow, Been to work and have been playing about in the snow a little done a few little lanes around Kensworth and Hemel all Fun! Jai
 
its great watching ppl who dont have a clue on snow driving. seen so many ppl just wheel spinning or sliding getting ppl out and i werent in the 4x4
