Leonberger.Poppy Man looks brilliant:D

We've seemed to have missed each other since our motors have been pimped, it's about time we change that and get out and do some Lanes.

OK I seem to be missing a tool: No smart remarks please. The castle nut on the rear of the transfer box seems to be s trange size, nothing I have will go on it... tried all of the large sockets in my (admittedly limited) collection.

anyone know what I am doing wrong... does it need a special tool?

It has a split pin through it. I take it you've removed that first. I've got sockets to do the job. Just done mine.

AHA! A split pin you say... didn't notice one of them! Haven't got the right socket anyway so a short loan would be most welcome!:D

Hi everyone, i just had a look on Scorpians web site and it hasn't closed. They say that they are under new ownership and they have move to Hertfordshire.

Did the lane in Lilley this afternoon, met the farmer in an tidy 2a forward control, he was having fuel problems, ended up towing him back to the farm.
Now there's a first, towing a farmer out of trouble.

wonder if its the same farmer who had a go at me and james for night laning thought we was on the fields lamping thinking to myself 4 spot lights on roof 2 on bumper and normal lights blaring away dont think so

Got my puncture fixed so back on the road again :)

One of the wheel nuts was on so tight it bent the brace trying to undo it and then I found that the locking nut on the spare was different to the one on the flat so had to take it to a tyre fitters.

They have given me a good price on a set of General Grabber ATs so I just need to confirm and then I shall order a set for the end of the month then will be ready for some laning :)

Disco1 is the Disco your daily driver or just a toy?
If it's the daily then A/T's are good
If it's a toy better off going for Mud Terrains.

It is not the daily drive, but it is more than just a weekend toy. I use it for a 62 mile journey every Friday and also a fair bit at the weekend as well.
