I'd agree with Kev, Devils Pit is only 2 miles from me, great site for trailered motors, but not for ones you want to drive away. My motor will handle the stuff, but the damage is unreal. Whaddon is much better, just good old mud and water.

Might be seeing you lot up the whaddon soon then once I've got a new job sorted so's I can afford some doozil :)

How did you guys get on at Whaddon today? Anybody get stuck, broken or otherwise immobilised? - Any pics?

Went there for the first time today. It was very wet and muddy and I did not go down into the dip, but had some fun playing in the field at the top.

Came away with a punctured left rear tyre, which looking at some of the cars there was quite good! I think when I get more suitable tyres, or if it wasn't as wet and muddy it would have been a really fun day.

Will definitely be going again, it's just finding the time and money :)

didnt get there in the end woke up late didnt feel good

Yea Jamie (Rangie boy) said you chickened out he thought it was down your vehicle choice and weather conditions than alcohol!

Took my neices out they had fun driving some trial sections I laid out. Pulled out a few motors today! It was the worst I have ever seen it dumper tyre'd rangie getting side ways and then sliding down into propper swampy stuff and getting stuck. This was on the opposite side of the valley yea that is the main route in and out! Was fun xcls didn't dissapoint they were rubbish! Only things getting anywhere were brand new offroad tyres half worn anything were useless. Lots of fun Lots of sliding and a couple of ow er moments.

I can now understand and sympathise with Ryder having to take certain bits easy when Rose was Pregnant. I had one of my neices in the back bouncing all over the place sure makes you drive steady even when you need the oomph to get up the greasy hills.

Disco 01 sorry I missed your call I think you made the right choice as a couple of td5 discos got stuck in the car park leaving the site, that was most ammusing! next time if it looks bad you are welcome to passenger with me for a look see first no probs. Jai

Well boys and girls... missed the fun again it seems, though I did spend a good afternoon at DBs getting the turrets sorted. Two front turrets all stable and ready for the MOT. Drives much better now. Hopefully looking at a few lanes for next weekend.

Jai, glad you had a good day with the Nieces... sorry I missed it once again but I will get there sometime soon thats damn sure!

Looking forward to seeing everyone on Thurs...

Glad you all had a good time. Didn't want to risk breaking anything, MOT this week, as well as that didn't want to risk being late home and missing Lewis stuffing Ferrari:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

a german let an englishman through what ever next!
Glock, on dries, posted a 1:44:731 on the last lap - Trulli, also on dries, a 1:44:800. While Hamilton did a 1:26:126 - bettered by Webber with a 1:25:042, Heidfeld
on 1:25:477 and Vettel on 1:25:984.

So it's clear that Glock drove to the best of his ability.

Stuffed Ferrari and the FIA. Ron Dennis hates Mosley, poetic justice.

Glock was slow, but not too slow as to be deliberately slow because Trulli was slower so Glock was going slow but as fast as he could.

Hamilton was fast, but slower than others going fast but he was going fast enough to be quicker than the slow (but not deliberately slow!) Glock

Obvious, innit :p

Does anyone get to the pub meet earlier than 8? I work only a mile away and live 20 away, so not worth going home.. I will probably grab some dinner somewhere near or at the pub.
