It's the temperature sensor in the exhaust responsible for that code. Nothing to do with the EGR system, it's to do with the DPF control system.

So do I need to change the sensor? And what is the actual name of it ?

It's saying high, which suggests the sensor or wiring is going open circuit. So it'll either be the wiring corroded, or the sensor itself is faulty.
The sensor is cancelled an exhaust gas temperature sensor.Something like this.

Cheers I will get one ordered

I'd check the part number with LR first, as I only did a name search.
I'd also be checking the wiring before buying a new sensor.
So I reset codes and this is what came back up
