With the red fading. Am i right in thinking that it is caused by uv rays. If so 2k isnt effected by uv. So will it still fade if it has a 2k clear.

Mine has the 15 year old Rioja red on it, has never been polished or washed with anything other than water and there is no fading at all with it.

I think it is only the flat red that fades.

Most of the lacquer has come off the roof though....

Hate to admit that I have to agree with Hippo ... It's got to be a nice dark blue

But NOT a Gaylanderer Blue :eek:
 
I was thinking of FIRENZE red for mine

and they call us gaylanders I used to have a alverston red it looked very nice when clean but now we have 2 Java Black terrible to keep clean but very nice when they are [/ATTACH]

No, but she is a response vehicle due to the charity I am involved with!

They couldn't afford to buy and run one, so I did ... before I retired.

She is my daily drive, and she runs like a dream.

0-60 in less than 15 hours, and will cruise at 70mph all day whilst returning over 30mpg!

In 6 years, she has cost me about £200 in servicing and replacement bits, so she is cheap to run! :D:D

Sadly he is telling the truth. :eek:

God I hate you :p :D
