I need to re-new my insurance, just looked at thread "Insurance Woes", I was going to go with Lancaster, changed my mind now, anyone else had any problems with other "landrover specialists".... I'm only 21 with a county 90 TD so its still classed as a van.

Please Help!!!!

its your postcode that counts. nowt else.
young girl i know (near me) has bought a corsa. the quote was astronomical. she tried another quote using her uncles address/house in worsley, and it was a grand cheaper!

It all depends what you want out of your insurance (true cover or just the cheapest).Always read the small print and remember as in everything else in life you only get what you pay for.At the end of the day everyone is trying to make money off us all (thats life). One thing that i have learnt over the years is not to stay with the same insurance company for to many years as quotes seem to shoot up after a couple of years.I have always gone for the bargin basement option and up till now (tuch wood) it has always paid off as i have never had to make a claim. As they say THE CHOICE IS YOURS.

try the NFU insurance co if you live in a rural area. they understand landrovers a lot.

they didnt want to know me though.

Tried that one...Can't mines classed as a van-- if it was a county station wagon with the windows it would be 1/4 the price!!!!!
