Not a lot I could do.
The AA Roadside turned out and stuck a yellow sticker on the windscreen; "Do not start this engine". Just waiting for recovery.
A bit like the stickers which gas fitters/ central heating engineers stick all over your boiler when they can't fix it this week!

cheers for popping along Brian,it was appreciated ,its now been recovered back to the garage that did the work, only just getting in after getting round all my jobs,i dont know whats gone wrong with the timing i am thinking either a faulty belt or somethings come loose

now all sorted,pulley not fitted right,belt shredded but did not snap,bent a pushrod pump jumped a few teeth
