Hi All, not posted for a while.
Pressed the auto program button to demist on 2001 P38 this morning and pressed again after a couple of minutes to switch back off after screen had cleared. The heater carried on running for about ten minutes until engine was turned off. When I restarted the car about an hour later the heater was still blowing even though all controls were off.
Any ideas ???

Look at the display to see if has gone to AUTO, if it has push the button to turn it to manual and see if you can adjust the blower up and down with the rotary control. If you cannot adjust it, look at relays 6 & 7 in the fuse box for signs of burning.

I've switched the blower relays around and heater motor still blowing at full force. No scorching on the relays either. Manual dial turning fully to the left with all the blocks out on the display and air con light lit orange which I think means off.

Do the blowers stop if you remove the relays?

Yep blowers will stop when I take the top one out

Need to get the HEVAC faults read, but it could be the fuse box. There are 2 relays and 2 blowers, if you take out the one that stops the blower, then turn up the fan speed, does the other blower operate?
