Only thing I can think of is get hold of that electrical conductor paint thats used to 'repaint' a broken wire (Frost sell it I think) and use this as a glue behind the window wires, once set it should hold the wires in place - might need some masking tape either side of the repair to hold it until it sets.
 
I think that the contacts are bonded on during Manufacture, you could try "Silver loaded epoxy" RS part Number 186-3616 as this is a conductive adhesive.

Or, you can actually solder a thin strand of copper wire across the break.

The glass won't bother about the heat of a little soldering iron.
