After a year of trouble free motoring its MOT time again. I now find that one of my main beams doesn't work. Does anyone know where you can get Lucas SB7002 sealed beams or equivlents or do I have to do a halogen conversion. If the later what's the best source.
As the title says its a lights in the grill job.

All I know is he's a grumpy nooby :D

All I did was point out his inability to use google properly

They weren't the only online dealer with those bulbs in stock so rally either he's incapable or more probably a lazy bugger :p

I converted my Fender from sealed beams to halogen for about £25-00, as the replacement sealed beam unit were £14 +VAT (£16.80) EACH!!

Now got one working sealed beam unit stuck away ... just in case :D:D

A quick google found loads - and the Lucas catalogue which gives the same sealed beam unit for all 88 and 109 landys except the V8.

sorry oxides didn't mean you --- Lucas are no longer in business and regardless of everyones pointing out what I have been looking at most of the morning i.e. the internet I can't find a stockist of SB7002 originally known as Lucas 54521872 60/45w and I have no idea if these equivalents fit.

now then! help from Japan it is.

Sealed beam for Bentley

Subject:

Bentley's headlights were in time for the mini-beam shield anyway.

I have finally heard from the British manufacturer, Wipac.

AB7002 is not currently produced in Wipac

AB7014 is used instead

The SB7002 and AB7002 Wipac is equivalent of LUCAS / WAGNER

Rounding four more lights and Bentley

Etc., that settle in 7014.

I hope 7014 is seen with, and block the light side portion,

I feel somehow as if light leaks ....

Problem is resolved in this light, that you do not even try to say whether

But now, following a problem with the air conditioning ....

doen't mention Landys though!!

Any 7inch sealed beam should fit - have a look at the Holden's site for loads of info on bulbs, sealed beam units and replacements. Then find them cheaper elsewhere!
Sealed beam units from M M are six and a half quid. I got mine from a local motor factors for about the same.
