Disco 2 td5 auto.
Hi,
Was driving home from being dragged around the shops when the car started playing up, felt like it was missing and surging, just as i got home engine management light and the 2 flashing green lights come on.
I cleared the codes, again engine felt like it was missing and surging, and up came the lights again and wouldn't rev. read the codes again, and this lot popped up.

Has anyone any idea where i start with this lot ?

Hi, should we guess what's the description of those codes though ? Anyway the EML would come on only for TPS or CPS issues and if you have no response from the throttle the problem is probably on the TPS path

Hi,
Thanks for the reply, those are the codes from the hawkeye, there was no prefix to them, i have read them twice now, and that is how the codes come up, im completely lost

Those codes should have a description in clear english like in the pics here https://www.rrsport.co.uk/forum/post544422.html it's same format for D2 as well, without the descriptions it's useless cos there's no official list to check those codes. Was it the engine ECU selected? try in transmission too

Thanks for the reply, i have found the problem, the cable to the maf had come off, i dont know how , i had just done a 30 mile round trip to the shops and it had been fine, it was only the last mile or so it started playing up, any way thanks for your help

AFAIK a disconnected MAF would not trigger the warning lights on a diesel whatsoever

On my original Hawkeye there's a fault code option in the menu where you can enter the code a get a description. I wonder if the Total version can do the same?
