I know this is a really old thread, but does anybody know what he done to make it work. As I could do with help

What are you trying to do - what isn't working at the moment? Also do you have early or late P38?

Thanks for the reply, actually neither, I have a disco 2, with the same issues, HK with kenwood HU, and after weeks of searching, it sounds like this guy sorted the issues I have, just doesn't sound like it should, can't seem to get the wiring right, even though I have the ISO plug drawing(sound better with only 4 of the 8 speaker wires connected)
Can you help?

I think the P38 system runs a bit differently to the Disco II system. If I get a chance though, I will try and look at the wiring diagrams for the Disco system

I know the later P38 system with the HK DSP amp only uses a Left/Right signal from the head unit, which it then splits out to the 4 doors - but the amp part number is different to the D2 version, so will have to look and see what the signal should be.

What is the part number of the amp you have fitted at the moment?

I have had several attempts to wire this up, it sounded better when only the 4 positives from the RCAs were connected to the main harness, if this makes any sence
