Hardly a Guru Guys. I know a few from trail biking days, a few from Landy laning and a top bloke off here showed me some absolute belters a few weeks ago. The 24 lanes I spoke of were from Bridgnorth area and Shrops. Did the Bridgo ones as Petemcn hadn't been out before and they are quite short and easyish so I could see how he would fare. He drove very well and responsibly so we carried on to the better ones ending at Cwm lane (excuse spelling) then finally a few in the Telford area on the way back. Think it ended up 24 lanes in 120 miles and 7 hours and big smiles.

I love shropshire, its got such a variety of lanes and some are better than welsh lanes but there is no one on them. :)

Had an angry woman scream at me once but other than that its always been great.

Your right there BGB there are some cracking lanes in Shropshire. Always found the other users to be friendly as well.

Would have to be a weekend for me as work in the week and outta holidays this year now.

Maybe we pencil a weekend in towards the middle of October?

i need a PA for all these laning trips going on!

Ill never remember them all

Shall we provisionally pencil in the 19th / 20th October then if that works for everybody else?

Having never done Shropshire, what is the plan....ie a day or are we camping and making a weekend of it?

Who has the local knowledge and experience to lead this? I don't mind doing my bit however.

Mainlander, more than welcome to join.....I will remember to bring my shades to protect my eyes from your bright colored disco ;)

Fine by me. Camping is good too.

Oh and even more so now I've got my chainsaw. Result!!
