Over the last couple of days I av go a slight wine from the clutch but it sounds like a hydraulic wine if u get me could this be bad ??

Yes, wine is always bad for the clutch. Keep your wine for drinking and use hydraulic fluid for your clutch release mechanism.

Its full right up 2 the max line and its not major noisy u onley hear it when evey thing is quite and at first it sounded like a squeaky spring and it onley happens when I take my foot off the peddle

A whining sound that disappears when you depress the clutch pedal? Could be release bearing.

No It more like from the bite point till ur foot is compleat off the peddle but I'm not shaur if its a really squeeky spring
