So, next week i'm not at work until thursday so would like to get into a bit of greenlaning. My p38 is completely standard so nothing thats likely to take me those 4 days to get out of?

Anybody got any good suggestions? done really want to travel miles away if i can avoid it. Thanks

I do know a place out near naphill, went with a mate in his mk1 v8 rr but I think it might be a bit hardcore! i dont fancy breaking mine as then my missus will have to drive my baby while I fix it, and neither me nor her will be happy with that lol

But, if you read the sticky at the top of the page, it will show you how to find lanes and legally aswell. Its alot of work so people wont just give you locations of lanes for nowt. You'll have to do some leg work im afraid.

A few hours in front of your computer and a phone call or 2 will see the rewards though.

Iam always on my phone so can't see it with crapatalk, I will have to see if I can get sometime on the pc, chance is a fine thing in my house! Cheers for the heads up though

Hi i also live about 10 minutes from you guys and did my first green laning today. I did about 5. They were out Princes Risborough and Bledlow way. There were all quite easy. The ones in PR were very overgrown but i took my hedge trimmer and shears and managed to clear just enough to not scratch my painith the rangey being a bit wider i dont know how it would fare. There is one just of the wycombe road...it is called upper icknield way. This is very good if you want to get it muddy. But once you cross New Road it becomes a bit narrower. But with what i cut back i got through with no scratches and it has quite a steep and slippy incline with a gully. My landy was right on the tilt never had mine over so far! There are another two on the Lower Icknield Way. One of which is wide and takes you through fields but its not very muddy and i couldnt finish it because there is a tree slightly fallen over and mines too high. I saw the farmer go through in his D90 though. The other starts nice and wide and very muddy with lots of water, but it gets too narrow, i did some cutting but then saw i needed to do loads and i thought i just cant be bothered after all the cutting i did on the other one. The last one i did was on the bledlow ridge road opposite Upper Icknield Way ( i know it sounds weird!). This was just like a tack up to someones house but very nice scenery and a muddy section at the end. Just have to be carefull because it stops being a byway somewhere and you dont want to be caught there! I found them by looking on the trailwise website and using an OS map of the area and looking for the green crosses. I looked on the bucks cc website to make sure they werent closed and there werent any TRO's in order. Hope ive been helpful and please dont hold me responsible for anything that happens to you or your landy.
