.....place bets on what it will fail on here. first problem they had is they can't get the bonnet open as the latch snapped!

well, your all too late. it failed.
1.fog light doesn't work
2.shim needs removing from one front tractor joint as a bit of play
3.one rear bearing needs tightening
4., number plate obsured.
work i did pre mot:
welded 3 patches and waxoyled whole chassis
new tie rod ends
new drop arm pivot
new calipers
new discs
new pads
new bearings front and back
new shoes
new drum new slave cylinders in rear
2 new bump stops
so actually 2 and 3 are just bedding in issues. and i forgot to check the lights!
all in all not a bad mot and all the other pre bits are maintenance bits anyway. result.

yeah, all done. snorkel in the process of being made! obvious really just didn't think about it.

Mine went for Mot on monday (H plate 200tdi) after sitting doing nowt for a year, front wheel bearing needs doing, hazard and foglight switch's need replacing and forgot to put plug onto screenwash pump so just told the bloke to fix them as i aint got the time.
Next thing will be to tidy it up then probably sell it to get a a road bike
