Hi
Over the past few months my gear change has become increasingly stiff, especially when cold, and recently all temperatures and i noticed the gear stick travel is excessive horizontaly. Any help please?

Temperature could suggest wrong oil but wouldn't affect the gearstick travel?? So if the gearstick has excess or strange movement in it i would have thought a linkage is working it's way loose or something??
