The injector washers were replaced in it's history ? also did you chek the clearances when you replaced the loom ?

I replaced injector washers and O-rings my self 2 weeks ago. double and triple checked the injector clearance
, "cam in highest position, tighten all the way down and loosen 1 turn " .
Do not waste anytime before getting onto taking the exhaust manifold off and getting it skimmed. Leave it too long and you'll have trouble with broken off or missing studs and stripped threads.

Check the outer nuts and studs right away, and if you can get the nuts off, Coppaslip them and put them back on then you might obviate some of the problems lots of us have had. Lots of us have found outer nuts and studs missing, or snapped off, unfortunately under the surface of the head. I certainly did and it involved left hand threaded drill bits, redrilling, rethreading drilling out the holes on the manifold once it was skimmed and then fitting bigger studs and nuts.

Thanks a lot for the input, but i'm gonna have this done by a professional
. This stuff is not within my skillset and I dont wanna **** it up ending with costing more money because of something that's my own fault..Gonna ask what it would cost when i'm at the guys workshop and hope he can do it fast..
