Ok just a wee quickie, been fitting a reconditioned fuel pressure unit, disturbed the cooler and its leaking, taken both pipes off just need to know does the flow go from front or rear, is relevant, as may have a tiny piece of sealer in one pipe connection at fuel pressure unit, if its going back to filter fine, if its heading for FPU, will need to remove unit and clean, AGAIN, thanks

Cheers

Don't drive it much without fuel cooler or if it's bypassed dont let the tank below half cos you'll end up buying a pump too

Cheers mate bear that in mind, just waiting for replacement to arrive tomorrow, don't know why it's called a COOLER, as it appears that its their to WARM the diesel to help with atomisation 82° being the set temp, it's only been 1°/2° here the past few days so it's much needed.

firtly it warms the fuel up untill 82° then the thermostat opens and starts cooling it, the fuel temp should be always around 10°-15° lower than the coolant temp cos it takes the coolant from the bottom of the radiator especially to not let 92(or above)° fuel getting into the tank/pump
