Ok. Sounds like it needs the combustion chamber cleaning. It's not a difficult or complex job, once you get the FBH out the car.
 
Mine comes on all the time now. If I pull the fuse will it reset?
Pulling fuse 5 will stop it working completely.
You might find the environmental sensor (a 5°C frost thermostat really) has failed, making the FBH run as though it's below 5°C, assuming it's above 5°C of course.
 
I’ve disconnected the power to the fbh but the engines running very cool now. Might have to reconnect.
Possible thermostat problem?
