Typical, Fitted a shiney new front hub today, followed the set up for the ABS sensor to the letter - namely lubricate it with silicone grease, fit it against the hub and let it set its own gap when you drive it, and guess what - ABS fault appeared on the dash, and the light will not go out.
The ABS works fine, I tried it on wet grass just to be sure, now I am going to have to spend some more dosh on getting the Bloody code cleared......Bugger

Took the car to get the abs fault cleared at a local garage - his diagnostics wouldn't even communicate let alne clear the fault.
Does it have to go to a £30 a pop landy specialist ....
any ideas would be useful

Cheers
