Nice,really clean and no bull****.

Those were a good find. I bought a new aftermarket set a while ago, they were just some rubber matting with dots moulded in, cut to the same shape as Landy mats. They did the job OK but stank of rubber for months. My bargain genuine rubber mats finally arrived. Needed a clean though lol

My parts car came with a set of genuine mats in great condition... but filthy and sticky gunk over them. Cleaned up great though. I got an aftermarket 'generic' rubber mat for the load space - pain in the butt not fitting properly.
Nice to see you're back. I got a new one too

That's an early wheel. The later facelift wheel has a mass damper to improve the feel of the steering.
Often the way with Ebay descriptions, but it will fit without a problem. The damper (gold coloured thing) is screwed to the wheel frame. So provided the mounts are threaded. The damper from your old wheel should swap over.Said all years in the listing, will it still fit? Can dampers be swapped over? And will the airbag fit?
JC600. Nice motor. I fitted the elbow-rest onto my centre consul. Got it via Island 4x4. It's supposed to screwed onto the existing consul but I've found it sits there tightly enough without having to damage the existing one, (it's useful on long journeys but slightly inhibits some gear selection and hand brake application). I've also got wind shields fitted (Christmas present to self). They've survived the frosts but the front of my house is south facing and I'm not sure yet whether the sun might soften the glue on a hot day.My bargain genuine rubber mats finally arrived. I can't remember if the base facelift model wheel has the damper fitted. In which case, you'll not notice a difference. The damper does make the Freelander feel a bit more refined, by reducing vibration through the wheel.
The airbag will fit as they are all the same

Nice job. Did you find some brackets for the parcel shelf yet? I have found something I am going to try as those brackets are ridiculously hard to obtain. I am surprised I haven't found a Chinese factory knocking some out; must be a demandSteering wheel fitted, damper swapped straight over. Screws are self cutting.
Parcel shelf fitted, just need the proper brackets.

I am looking at the possibility of using something like wardrobe rail brackets, the flanged ends. I am not too worried about the boot space plastic trim as it's a bit battered there so if I can find something viable I am going to try it. I am going to get some pictures of mine on here when I give it a wash this week. I have some wind deflectors coming to put on first as well. I was considering the rubber body protector strip; have you considered it yourself? The single strip not the body kit which looks not good to me.No, not yet.....probs just make my own.
