Diesel do has done the conversion. It is not just a floor. But you could unbolt the rear seats and cut a panel to suit out of marine ply or similar.
Where are you based Kieran? I'm in Dorset and have a commercial floor in my barn that I will be using as a template as I want to make up a partial floor bed for the front of the load bed. If you're in the S/W you're welcome to pop by and take your own template from it.
Van floor won't fit with car side panels. Van side panels won't fit with rear upper seat mounts welded on. Bulkhead supports the front of the floor where it overhangs the rear foot wells. I fitted the full van interior. Wooden floor, rubber mat, lashing eyes, 2x side panels and bulkhead. Only mod you have to make is cut off the upper seat mounts on the strut towers. This means it's not easy to reverse.
Diesel Do, Thanks for your post. It is a freelander van and had rear seats fitted after market. All the seat struts are out. And it has the van interior side plastic panels. Please can you tell me Where I can get a bulkhead from to support a new floor and do you know a supplier that might be able to help me.
Kind regards
Kieran
