that radio looks very similar if not the same as mine.
Thats the visteron system.
oh and if you do have to get the radio out set aside a good half hour. To get it out, the entire centre console has to be removed. But as i see it, its a damn good anti-theft device
I've just spent a few hours swearing profusely installing a hands free unit! Seems the previous owner had a very nasty addiction to electrical tape.....
