Just measure the liner protrusion from the block. They should protrude by 1 to 3 thou, and should be within a thou or so of each other. Liner protrusion is really important if the MLS gasket is going to be use. If the Payne BW750 gasket is being used, then the liner evenness is less important, so long as they all protrude by the amount I said above.
If you have one liners that are low, then you can get shims which go on the bottom land, to raise them up to the correct height.
