Hi,

Don’t forget to purge the water separator.

For the connector is goes there :

You need to slide the metal clip between the fuel filter houssing and the fuel filter.

I only see half of the metal clip, certainly broken look for that part YPZ000010 for a replacement.

Also where did that car goes ? don’t like that dirty look should be cleaned, with dirt comes rust.

These cars are not well serviced, the propshaft should be checked, universal joint can have play, VCU bearing can have the rubber part split. The front diff support can have the rubber part split …

Front Whishbones rust, there is one small hole next to ball joint, if it’s clugged …

Also next to the fuel pump there is a small electric connector pluged to the fuel filter … certainly broken or not here.

Fuel pipes in the engine bay have certainly 20 years, check them carefully. If one split you’ll be in trouble.
You are so wright. This are my fuel pipes in the engine bay

They have been already replaced, but they put poor quality hoses, you should replace them better quality ones.

Just behind the injectors there is a filter that is never replaced LLJ500010
If you are talking about this filter, it's done. And you are wright again. It was a total mess that filter. It was not a filter anymore. Just mudddy oil.

That's the ground connection to the fuel filter. The male spade does rust off but it won't affect it working. It purely grounds the metal of the filter casing.

Also, the clip holding the fuel pipe onto the pump appears to have come unclipped and the pipe may come off and cause a fuel leak.

If that clip was undone certainly the pump was changed ? ( certainly the poblem we are looking for ), it was also rotated for and odd reason.

Hi,

For the temp sensor, open your eyes look next to yellow oil gauge, there is a connector just next to it. The engine works perfectly without it.

For fuel sensor, on your diag device you should have live data for the fuel presure first the low presure pump and the high presure pump. Check that first.

Can be the fuel filter, the low presure pump …
Hi all, i am back with info. Today i received car scanner (Xtool A30M) and i have following results:
1st image it's at first scanning.
2nd image it's after clearing the faults.
The other images are some live data i thought are necesarry in this discussion.
Waiting your suggestions.
Cheers.

You need to check fuel pressure around the time the fault occurs.

Exact is not essential !!

Get low and high-pressure fuel pressure and inlet manifold pressure.
