As some of you may be aware I am currently rebuilding my 110 after a fire (link). I have a 300tdi bulkhead with LT77 gearbox tunnel. Does anyone know if the footwell insulation currently for sale from @haza88 in the for sale section would fit this setup (pictured below)? My previous 300tdi bulkhead came fully insulated when I bought it complete, the donor bulkhead being used for the rebuild, which was also bought complete, did not have any insulation fitted.

I bought a roll of closed cell foam. I think it's about 8mm thick. Closed cell means it doesn't soak up water. It also made an impressive difference to the sound levels. In the back of my 90 I cut panels of it to fit the floor, wheel arch sides etc. On he sides I stick it place with strong, double sided tape. On some panels I doubled it up. On phone and away from laptop so can't post pics I'm afraid.

I have the alubutyl sound proofing on most things in the cab. Underside of floor panels, seat box, bulkhead. You can see where I started the replacement bulkhead and then run out.

But I have then always had the factory covers over the top. The seat box one is from a puma so I am happy to make them fit if they are close enough. It is just if the footwell prices are close enough they can be made to fit as well. Excuse the dog but this is the best photo of the interior I can find pre fire.
