As it's an 03, I'm guessing it's a facelift with the round fog lights

Thanks very much for posting this... I've just spent half an hour lying underneath the truck to find that the two lower screws that secure the inner wheelarch (front) shielding don't want to move for love nor money!
Hope that the five screws that are shown in your exploded diagram on each side want to come off a little easier!!
