anyone heard from Flatdog recently? I placed an order back in early September and they contacted me to check that I had ordered the correct item (good service) then I've heard nothing since. Emails have gone unanswered. Calls ring out to answerphone - which is full.

I just wondered if anyone knew if they were away, or something bad had happened to them?
