Been like the fourth bridge, every time I wanted to do some on them-silly phone calls or other early evening distractions.

Found out that doors had been badly repaired one or twice before.

The drivers side channel near top hinges long term wants new-but at least it welded up .

this will be third or fourth set of doors I have repaired and I hate the job-sooner do head gaskets than doors.

Just about to do it myself. What are the pitfalls?

Started doing mine today as weather better. Waiting on some paint drying before hopefully welding tomorrow. That's if I don't get list of other stuff that SWMBO thinks is more urgent

One thing to be very aware of is any welding where window channels fit is critical or window won't fit.

secondly mine the vertical sections twisted where door disintegration occured and lastly the front angled channel is cut as one piece
