Listen kids, you post on here for the grown-ups to read, you invite opinions - and you get them. Don't start having hissy-fits because they differ from your own.

This is the point of a forum such as this, a step up from the Beano perhaps, but here we are free to debate, opine and offer and solicit advice as and when we feel free.

If you don't like it................

By the way son, I drive an old crappy P38 4.6 - could change it, but won't, could buy a newer motor, but won't - that's just how i like it, now let me get back to my crossword and a Werthers original

Wow, We must have had exactly the same cars for at least the 10 years. You have been on every car forum i have ever signed up to !

Nice to speak to you again !

:D

Hoi ma boy, calm down.

I notice your dream cars are a RR Sport and a Defender. I see you've done half the jobbie, so what's next for the P38, a defenders arse stuck on to complete the job. Take it down to Auchterarder and there's a guy who'll gladly do the job for you

:D Sounds an ace idea, be sure to post some more pics once you've had that done!

On a side note, do they still have that chippie in Auchterarder where all the coaches stop on the way up to the slopes? Must have been the busiest chippie in Scotland when I was a kid (in the winter at least).

Back on topic, the conversion is definitely one of the best I've seen. Not something I would buy personally, but it looks good from the front, and I'm sure the vast majority of the non-landy-owning population wouldn't even notice it's a conversion.

Do you mean the chippie by the Co-Op

No idea if it was by the Co-op or not, it was always dark when we stopped there on the way to or from Cairngorm.

Was a few years ago now, mind... everyone stopped for chips in Auchterarder in the 80's, it was just the done thing!

That looks quite nice. Had mine done 3 yrs ago
