Yeah and got quoted just under £900 so not so bad.
Thank you! Apparently all the work was done by someone who knows what they are doing! (I hope) but all looked okay when i viewed it , the garage im getting it from has a good reputation so hopefully all is well!

Did you check it has a jack? wheel brace?
Try and get the same one on a modular that has the same offset. Even if it is a preloved one that is only to get you out of the proverbial.
Seem to be plenty on FB 4x4 pages and the bay. Just a matter of looking and waiting , or putting out a wanted ad on FB.
Also, if you are going Greenlaning then I highly recommend joining GLASS and finding your local rep, plus again there are lots of GL groups that are localised on FB.

Yes thankfully it comes with a jack & wheelbrace so thats a start! & i will do just that cheers irl get looking on FB & Ebay right away ! And i will also check out GLASS too thanks for that info! Thanks

But that is completely unsuitable for Green Laning. And is sadly the type of vehicle that gives green laners a bad name. You’ll certainly want to ditch the tractor tyres for green lane use. No need to tear the tracks up with tyres like those. Keep them though as they will be ideal for other off road uses.
Remember green laning is not ‘off’ roading. All lanes are legal roads. And driving off piste is for tossers and dickheads only, so please stick to the prescribed paths.
Almost all lanes should be passable in a stock Land Rover.
I’d recommend you get yourself to a local off road club and maybe try your hand at a trials event. If you are new to off roading, it will teach you a load about vehicle control and how to drive off road.
Pay and play sites might be something else to consider. Although you can achieve the same by helping set up trials events and often for a lot less money.
The ALRC and AWDC are the main trials organisers. Give me a shout if you need help finding a club.

I completly agree with you regarding the tyres im starting to worry myself that they are completly impractical haha! I know this has obviously been built for mainly off road purpose but id like to get it more practical as i do want to use it for regular use as its now my main mode of transport haha!
Regarding the case of giving green laners a bad name im only young and completly i admit i dont know much of land rovers or green laning but thats why i have brought it so learn things and have fun in the process! I dont want to disrespect anyone and i havent brought it to abuse
If you could point me in the direction of my local club (im from nottingham by newark) that would be brilliant thank you!

Set of nice alloys with some AT's for everyday/ greenlaning use, keep the tratter tyres for the mad stuff
