theyll fit just about but youll break more transmission, will be a great drive offroad with 35s on

Hmmm measured them and there 33.5" tall. Not new tread but thought it would be more. Anyone know what 285 Insa's are?

Other thing is finding 35-10.5 as no one seems to sell them

Yeah, I wimped out and got 235 85's .. and whilst they work feckin' brilliantly, I sort of regret not waiting longer, doing the extra work, and going 35's or larger, especially as I now go more extreme and it _is_ mostly a play thing!!

To be honest they were the largest I could afford at the time ... ;)

So how tall do 235/85's sit compared to 285/75's?

Also what offset are 16x7 and 16x8 modulars? I get confused easily lol

Thinking about splashing out myself now :D Looking at the 15x10s from Extreme offset wheels and slapping some KL71s on them. Anyone used the Kumhos in clay like mud as thats what we have most of round Essex.

Tested the pitbulls yesterday.

MUCH better than my Maxxis muds, could actually feel it making grip/biting.

Was one section where I got stuck and had to winch.

Funky kipper was first through and he drove it, I got stuck.

Unsure of the reason but yesterday confirmed my upgrade was worthwhile.

Very pleased seeing as they work, they don't rub too bad now I've adjusted the arches a bit, they look dope and are a fun tyre to have on the car.

Kipper is on simex pattern 33s and they were still better though, and that was dealing with more peaty mud than I've ever seem before.

Hope that helps your quest.

In fact now I think about it, I was ok all day in peat but got stuck when we hit that clay bit and my tyres filled whereas his didn't fill as bad.

So there you go, case solved :)
