i would hope so but beyond his being decent enough to offer and do the right thing, i'm to far away to, lets say, force the issue.

i know he had a mate change the transfer box, gear box, clutch and prop shaft just before i brought it due to a whining box.

my guess is this person messed the job up somehow. could be wrong but he hadn't hardly driven it since, then i brought it.

I doubt if many people complained about me getting banned ! other than it was too short ;)
