Testbook is the T4 which does everything, but costs many £k's. This is what main dealers use. ELM327 (the proper version not the cheap china copies) should be able to read all Freelanders. Not all Freelanders are odbii complient. They talk a different language. If your ELM327 reader can't start comms first time then leep trying and it will talk on the 4th or 5th attempt, as it changes languages. But as above you'll only see limited values. If you want more, then hawkeye for about £300. Black box solutions do something also but not sure which one is suitable. My hawkeye come wiv 1 license for one version of LR. Mines set to Freelander 1. If I pay more (£165 I think) then they will add say a D3, or FL2.
