Somtimes get 'F4' code appearing upon start-up. Stop car, wait a few secs, start and its gone!. Anyone any idea what this code relates to?
I have the same thing goin on with the wife's 2004 Freelenader 2.5 V6. Best I can tell, the F4 just says the computer is storing fault codes in memory. I have found several different codes stored on separate instances of the F4 being displayed. You have to have a modern OBD2 scanner with vehicle specific code ability to read them.
Was anyone able to find a fix for the flashing f4 and hill decent trying to see if i need to just by a new trans or what
