My Range Rover P38 drops its suspension when I am parked up, at the moment the rear nearside seems to be at fault more and it looks like its been on the beer all night, I have to rev the engine to get the thing to rise before I drive off?

Looks like you have a leak, you will need to sort it before you burn out your compressor

+1 and revving the engine will have no effect on the suspension!!

Ups the voltage so the compressor will overheat quicker
You have a failed airbag most likely, they have a design life of 7 to 8 years 80K miles. Your compressor will fail if you don't sort it quickly.
