Very nice Dan 
well me and dangerous 'B' have well and truly bled my cooling system! And I've still go no heating in the cab the heater matrix isn't blocked, have done a sniff test on head gasket, and got a new stat. . The radiator is getting hot at the top and cold at the bottom! (When I go round a bend really fast I get hot air) So am gonna run a hose thru radiator and if it's blocked gonna get some 'rad flush' - any other idea's? Or shall I be buying a head gasket kit for £12.50 off fleabag!

Shove a couple of dishwasher tablets in the coolant that have been bust up. Lot better and cheaper than rad flush.

Well after some consideration today it looks like I am going to keep my old one as a winter green lane and off road toy.
Just gonna get a big sheet of ally for the boot and keep it empty with no seats or trim.
Then in the spring I can break it or sell it whole.
I don't want to miss out on all the fun.

yes it is mate, i would but im away on holiday. The next essex offroad im there!! Hope i can have a few pointers put my way haha!

Well it seems as tho air was getting in to my cooling system and causing header tank to leak! (Dan your right, it's my head gasket lol) - just put some k seal in & yes I got heating & doesn't seem to be any air in my cooling system now! - the question is, how long will the k seal last lol - am gonna be getting a head gasket kit & head skimmed before it snows!

Shouldn't have put k seal in mate your gonna need to get your rad flushed as well as have the head gasket done now
It's ok I flushed & cleaned out radiator today it's fairly easy to do and I will need antifreeze before it turns cold anyway, so when I do head gasket I'll do that as well, in the mean time k seal is holding up well lol & I literally only do 50 miles a month in frank anyway )) cheers Dan!
