Yeah I'll be up for a few lanes :) as long as its not a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night!

And yeah, I will give you a text tomorrow with sizes (thank you) and did you mange to find some if that work top stuff :) ((the mrs will be happy))
 
Guy - Those symptoms you give were what mine was doing also.

A friend had the engine off me and has since stripped it. It was the head gasket blown resulting in a cracked head due to the overheating.

I've always been very careful and never let it go above the normal temp lines - fingers crossed it's not...I'm gonna attempt to try and change the p gasket and a new water pump today :))
 
It seems as tho my "p" gasket has a hole in and so my landy is weeing coolant everywhere! Monday I shall try and fix him!
 
Another fix it day at the barn tomorrow for me. Plus next Saturday to get it sorted for another battle at essex off road on the 13th I reckon :)
 
Lads is there any chance I could ask one of you a favour and nab you to look at a discovery with me. I live in Writtle and disco is in ongar. I don't mind driving so costs you nothing. Thanks in advance
 
I will do my best to work around whoever doesn't mind coming with me really. I work a lot but I can do evenings or Sunday whatever really.
