Well my day ended early cos my panhard rod bushes disintegrated! I'd only done about 200 miles on them! (The set before lasted me 600 miles) - this time I'm gonna get some poly bushes!!! Anyone else know why I'm getting thru all these panhard rod bushes???

Chris is a route planned? as i would like to meet up around midday if possible. If the route is on MM anywhere would it be possible to email to me so i can sort out where to catch up. Spare seat if anyone fancies a day out.

are they genuine bushes ? mine have been in for a around 2 years and still OK, non gen bushes can be rubbish and not last long, also use new nuts and bolts and tighten in the correct fashion/torque and all should be good. Polybushes in the panhard rod can sometimes allow grit in and wear bush/bolt/and bush seat meaning new bush will not be a tight fit.

The first set of bushes were from eBay lasted me 1000 miles second set I got from graytech and they lasted me 200 miles lol

Spoke to a few people and they said I need an adjustable panhard rod - so I've got one and made it 12mm longer

Mike says cos I've got castor correct arms fitted it's over compensating (or something)

As got correct torque settings - it's done up bloody tight!!

So far I've done 1 mile and all is ok :))
