I was hoping to sort one out for the 2nd of june, I am struggling to sort a route out though as been very busy at work but im sure we can figure something out, is that weekend good with people or maybe the one after?

Sounds interesting, I have been watching the classics section on eBay and seen a lot of 2a's and 3's going for sale, starting to really like them, TD5 power to 2 1/4 power may be a jump though
 
Picked up the S2 tonight, not as bumpy or noisy as i was expecting. Some weird gearbox sounds, but i knew it was iffy.Finally got used to a gear stick the length of a scaffold pole.Only needed 2nd and 4th gears, engine runs sweet, folder full of history, apparently had a rebuild in the past with recon military spec engine? and a "galverfroid" chassis, #### knows what that is.Panels are pretty straight and looks like an army full tilt. So im a happy bunny for the time being.Will try and get some pics up tomorrow. S3 gearbox wanted, and loads more bits no doubt.

is a trade name for a hi zinc rich primer. Not normally used as top coat tho;)
 
another landrover to maintain geoff ! tho a series 2 sounds fun, its not in 4wheel drive is it ? that makes a funny noise.
