How did you guess
The powers of being old :D:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
Just reading your posts and seeing how important Disco's are to you and this rebuild that you have been doing and taking a little more time than you said. And know not getting it done for Wales well only one thing could prevent that, the warmth and the moisture of a new woman:rolleyes::p:p

You now need to wash your mouth out with soap

Finally got a few hours to myself today so drained flushed and replaced the coolant, and put on the silicone turbo hoses. Will replace brake and clutch fluid tomorrow if it aint peeing down. getting the panhard, rear trailing arms and A frame bush's done on tuesday as well as getting the anti roll bars off. Slowly getting it all done.
Matt see end of week for all the other bits and pieces, will measure and let you know racking sizes tomorrow

Dan thanks for the overlays got them all on my laptop now, easier than I thought, will forward to Graham when I get his email.
Stu now Im MM literate how about sending me the Wales lanes overlays, or havent you finalized them yet.

Well my seive like rear axel is now changed thanks to Mikeys help.

New rear brake calipers and pads fitted along with trailing arm bushes.

We also left the rear anti roll bar off, I can notice the difference but not too bad so far. No clunking and banging coming from underneath now so all good.

Mechanically I only have the breathers to finish then it's a couple of diff guards and that will be about all I can do before Wales.

All fluids are done and services finished. :)

That,s good Geoff, I did the routes for Wales, as it took a while for a response from the ROW's form Wales to all reply, to all my questions, with overlays also to'ing and throwing, the last one was trying to make Folida Straia not such a long road route in between using an over hill track, The ROW has now been removed from this track so, having to look at that one now.

I think next time i'll let others do the work..... but hey ho at least if it dont go well, I can say I did the best.

Matt those racking bays are 1.05m deep 2.20m high 3.45m wide. got at least 6 beams so it would make large work bench plus storage.

they are just standard warehouse racking I got left over from my unit, I put 35mm board on top, and bobs your uncle, done. Think you could get two ends and four beams on ebay for a oner plus delivery.
