Hello,
Im getting a P0354 code . My concern to know KV6 engine layout of cylinders numbers . Means the bank near radiator ( front of car) tagged as cylinder 1,3&5 from left to right respectively or not ? Thank u guys.

Yes 1,3,5 front bank, 2,4,6 rear bank from engine pulley end or left as you stand in front of car looking at engine.
P0354 is a misfire cylinder 4.

Unfortunately No4 is the first cylinder to suffer head gasket failure, as it runs the hottest.
