Mine was ok on tickover. When i hit 2000 - 3000 rpm it would make a chuff / rattle sound. Eventually it started running lumpy on idle & on way to garage to get it looked at it started misfiring. Mine blew between 2 middle cylinders (6&4) so no overheating.
 
Update
Seems like it needed some decent o2 sensors fitted
Ive now put in bosch and its running like a different car
Fuel trims reset also
So much for the garage that said it needed a full rebuild, stupid people think I was born yesterday
