Not really interested in them at that price..

You can get a mint V8 for less than 1/2 that..

The environmental damage from the batteries in that thing far outweigh what the equiv V8 would do in its lifetime, considering most classic cars do around 5k per year or less.

Such a shame.

I guess some good news is at that price they can't be selling too many!

Prices start at £245,000 definitely not aimed at normal joe!

why so much I wonder!

@Henry_b
you made a good point we was talking about this at work about battery cars how they ment to save the environment but how much damage is caused by producing the batteries

New EV's are cleaner however justifying ruining Classics by saying its better for the environment with massive batteries and electric motors is stupid,

People don't drive old 2drs daily so it would take years for the environmental benefits of the EV conversion to be justifiable.

A large part of that price will be sorting the old chassis & panels, unless they make new ones from scratch !!

Apart from the usual usability issues with EV cars, it's really just moving the pollution from cities to 3rd world countries. Anyone with £250,000 to spend will probably have a large drive, and the money to install decent charging points, but will still have the problem re-charging at their destination !!

I don't consider Australia a third world country.

There's so much BS about electric vehicles, it's untrue.
Try getting up to scratch with the truth about them, rather than the BS touted by the oil companies. ;)

AH could it tow my horse and box to the races ,and home on one charge ......:D
that is a very good question they say how far it will go on a charge but what it like when it towing weight as you know that changes the mpg on any car once it got weight in or behind it

I think there will be a lot of caravans on the market in the years when the ev revolution takes hold and they will be worthless ,unless fitted with battery's n motors to pull there own weight ,,,,,,Now there an idea...:D:D i will be a millionaire,, ,I won forget any of yous ,,,:p

so more batteries means more productivity so more mining for the lithium to put in the battery
next you will be putting steering in caravans so can be steered with out being towed
